This is for converting a C15 ACERT 18:1 compression ratio to 17:1 compression ratio. "Reducing the compression ratio to 17:1 helps decrease internal stress in high-mileage engines, lowering the risk of failures in demanding applications and improving engine reliability under operating conditions.”
