- The item must be identical (same brand, part number, and condition)
- The competitor must be a legitimate business (no private sellers, marketplaces, or auctions)
- The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
- The price must be publicly advertised or verifiable
Q: What does NOT qualify?
- Clearance, liquidation, or closeout sales
- Used, rebuilt, or refurbished items (unless ours is the same)
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Membership-only, coupon stacking, or limited-time flash deals that cannot be verified
