Engine Block Spacer Plates
These engine block spacer plates are designed to reduce stress on the liner flange, preventing cracks and ensuring engine reliability. Each spacer plate is slightly thinner than the liner flanges by a few thousandths of an inch, which guarantees correct liner protrusion and proper head gasket sealing.

A new spacer plate should always be used during an engine overhaul or whenever the cylinder head is removed. It is a low-cost investment that ensures your engine remains properly sealed.

We offer two sizes of spacer plates:

Standard size: 0.338” thickness – Part Number 6I4421

Alternative size: 0.335” thickness – Part Number 1389381
